Relevantexperience in searching for and validating prospective clients forthe purpose of selling products and/or services would be an addedadvantage. JobDescription:
  • Understandingclient briefs/details and client s target audiences.
  • Updating prospectsearch records reports and other important documentation as a partof checks and controls.
  • Extracting searchingcleansing and adapting prospective client information usingmultiple pieces of software/ various available sources.
  • Proactivelyidentifying data errors and amending accordingly.
  • Implementing changesto search criteria and brief upon management feedback.
  • Creating new clientsearch records in coordination with the UK team up on new clientonboarding.
  • Should beable to tweak or suggest changes in search method based on the datashortage and instructions from UK team.
  • Ensure cleansing ofdata based on several criteria.
  • Allocate the finalsets of data after proper quality check.
  • Work closely with theteam managers to highlight any data concerns or technical glitches.
  • Working closely withthe data researchers for the followups or timely delivery of data.
  • Working closely withand our UK team to ensure targets are achieved high qualityprospects are identified and any required changes are implemented.
  • Should be flexibleenough to handle any additional task assigned.
The main areasyou ll need experience and confidence inare:An eye fordetail. The ability to identify mistakesand errors (especially in spreadsheets) is essential. The abilityto forecast the data volumes suggest enhancements changes.Excelskills. We re not going to expect you tounderstand how to write complicated formulas or run macro systems.However you will be editing Excel and Google spreadsheetsformatting cells and using filters to get data in order. Experiencein this area is essential.Goodcommunication skills. Our headquartersare in the UK so it s important you have good English languageskills. Computerliteracy. We use a number of differentpieces of software to deliver what we do. Whilst our systems areintuitive and user friendly (training will be provided) we need thesuccessful applicant to have experience and be confident in thisarea. Wellorganised. As we work for multipleclients and with a lot of data it s vital that the successfulapplicant works in an organised manner and can multitask. Thismeans being competent in following workflows saving things inspecific folders and working to schedules. The successful applicantneeds to be someone that likes to take a methodical approach doesnt cut corners and recognises the value of applying processes tocompleting tasks.Determination.We re a friendly bunch but we re an ambitious business and workextremely hard.
