What you willdo

The ideal candidate will be askilled LIMS Administrator to be accountable for the configurationinstallation training testing including writing test scripts andUser Acceptance Testing (UAT) of the LabVantage LIMS. A backgroundwith research laboratory practices policy and regulations is highlybeneficial.

Your role and primarytasks:

• Configure andcustomize LabVantage LIMS components such as Biobanking ConsumablesManagement Electronic Lab Notebook (ELN)/Laboratory ExecutionSystem (LES) Array Management Request Management and Reports tomeet the specific requisite needs of our researchlaboratories.
• Utilize tools like LabVantageLIMS Designer and Configuration Console to tailor these componentsaccording to the laboratory workflows and data managementneeds.
• Install upgrade and maintain LabVantageLIMS software and related components including those specific toBiobanking Consumables Management ELN/LES Array Management RequestManagement and Reports.
• Provide comprehensivetraining and ongoing assistance to endusers on the utilization andoptimization of LabVantage LIMS components ensuring efficientadoption and adherence to best practices.
• Develop detailed test scripts to validate thefunctionality and performance of Biobanking Consumables ManagementELN/LES Array Management Request Management and Reportsmodules.
• Direct and coordinate User AcceptanceTesting (UAT) activities for these specific components workingclosely with stakeholders to address feedback and ensure alignmentwith user requisite needs.
• Work withcrossfunctional teams to integrate LabVantage LIMS components withother laboratory systems and applications facilitating seamlessdata exchange and interoperability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related toBiobanking Consumables Management ELN/LES Array Management RequestManagement and Reports functionalities within LabVantageLIMS.
• Stay updated on industry best practicesand emerging technologies related to laboratory informationmanagement with a focus on advancements in Biobanking ConsumablesManagement ELN/LES Array Management Request Management andReporting capabilities.

Basic Qualifications &Skills:

• Bachelors degreein a related technical field and 5 years of prior relatedbackground
• Proven background as a LabVantageLIMS Administrator or similar role with specific expertise inconfiguring and customizing ELN/LES Array Management RequestManagement and Reports modules.
• Strongcomprehension of laboratory processes and workflows particularly inthe context of Biobanking Consumables Management ELN/LES ArrayManagement Request Management and Reportingfunctionalities.
• Proficiency in utilizingLabVantage LIMS Designer Configuration Console and other relevanttools for componentspecific configuration andcustomization.
• A background with installationupgrade and maintenance of LabVantage LIMS software includingexpertise in managing the specific components mentionedabove.
• Ability to develop and executecomprehensive test scripts for functional and integration testingof ELN/LES Array Management Request Management and Reportsfunctionalities.
• Excellent communication andsocial skills with a demonstrated ability to train endusers andfacilitate effective interaction with stakeholders.
• Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detailwith a proactive approach to identifying and addressing complicatedtechnical issues.
• Ability to work alone andcollaboratively in a dynamic team environment with a dedication todelivering highquality solutions and services.

Desired Qualifications &Skills:

• LabVantage LIMScertification particularly with specialization in BiobankingConsumables Management ELN/LES Array Management Request Managementor Reporting modules.
• Familiarity withlaboratory automation and instrument integration technologiesenhancing the interoperability of LabVantage LIMS with laboratoryequipment and systems.
• Knowledge of regulatorycompliance standards such as FDA ISO and CLIA particularly as theypertain to ELN/LES Array Management Request Management andReporting requirements.
