We're looking for SIA-licensed professionals who are British Nationals with a UK residency of 10 years+, you must be willing and able to undergo DV clearance with our full support.

Once you have achieved your clearance you will come onboard working a 4-on, 4-off schedule, covering day and night shifts, where your expertise and dedication will truly make a difference.

Job Opportunity

Here’s what you’ll do:

  • Conduct external and internal security patrols and carry out routine tests of security equipment.
  • Maintain all logbooks and records, ensuring all paperwork is completed in a timely fashion and conduct effective handover procedures.
  • Record and report all faults, health and safety hazards and unsafe working practices to management.
  • Provide support, guidance and information to all staff, visitors and contractors whilst ensuring the safeguarding of the premises.
  • Ensure health and safety procedures are followed at all times.
  • Display an outstanding level of customer service.
  • Display the highest standard of personal presentation to maintain the image of Securitas and the customer.
  • Undertake any other duties as requested by Management.

Essential Skills

Here’s what we need from you:

  • Right to work in the UK and have a five-year checkable history.
  • Must hold British Nationality and have lived in the UK for the last 10 years (due to the nature of clearance required for this site).
  • Valid, current SIA license.
  • Demonstrate full dedication and commitment to engaging in and completing the thorough DV clearance process.
  • Live within a reasonable commuting distance to site (no further than a 50 minute commute).
  • Possess excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English language.
  • Punctual, reliable, and able to work independently and part of a team.
  • Have a proactive attitude and be able to prioritise workloads.
  • IT literate, particularly in Microsoft office suite.
  • Be willing and able to work shifts covering days, nights, weekends, and bank holidays.
