Join Close Brothers Invoice Finance Team where you will provide support to the Client Managers team in delivering innovative funding solutions and outstanding customer service to our clients. Working as part of the Client Services desk our ideal team member will have previous experience in customer facing roles with excellent numerical and administrative skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To provide on hand support for client managers with effective handling of client queries, requests, internal administrative and reporting requirements. 
  • Deliverance of outstanding customer service and strong customer retention behaviours   
  • Responsible for maintaining our processes and systems in respect of Agreement changes, aligned to our business authorities. To include variation letters and legal documentation requests.
  • Handling client payment requests and processing within business authorities.
  • Assisting the new business/onboarding process with system set up checks and client training.

WE WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF:

  • You possess strong numeric and computer skills.
  • You have experience of working within financial services.
  • You have knowledge of Microsoft office applications.

IT IS NOT ESSENTIAL BUT IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU:

  • Have obtained ABFA qualification to Foundation level.
