What you’ll do
The HR Product Portfolio Lead will be accountable for the end to end demand, design, build, deploy and run of HR IT Platforms aiming at supporting the entire employee lifecycle (hire to retire). This role is the senior product owner of a collection (Portfolio) of IT products managing the full IT lifecycle and critical senior business relationships and leadership of multiple product/scrum teams. Setting and delivering the strategy for our IT platform implementations, managing end to end software stability and security, building a highly skilled product organisation and deploying world class tooling to deliver stability and agility. The technology suite compromises of a large SAP estate, Google GCP, SaaS solutions and onpremise applications.
Expectations:
We are looking for a trusted and motivated individual who can effectively develop and deliver the Products vision, consulting the business and is passionate for innovation.
The candidate will have comprehensive knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors solutions, strong knowledge on HR business processes as well as other cloud solutions and new technologies like Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, etc.
The role will need to blend technical knowledge, functional expertise and strong stakeholder management to integrate an effective outcome that meets the needs of our business. It will look to deliver in an agile/SAFe manner – driving a product backlog with business alignment so that we ensure delivery across matrix teams and challenge vendors to address our priorities.
The candidate will influence and ensure future product strategy SAP s4/HANA and SuccessFactors, and SaaS vendors to meet the requirements of Vodafone technical and customer strategy.
The candidate will also ensure compliancy with security, architecture, privacy/GDPR, SOX and audit controls.

Proven Capability to implement, maintain and improve large scale, complex finance solutions for multi-functional, multi-national TelCo organizations In depth knowledge of HR systems and business processes and software development lifecycles Management skills, in particular: project management, networking, influence, communications and relationship management with both external and internal stakeholders and vendors. Leadership skills: creating alignment by sharing an inspiring vision, aligning multiple stakeholders with different interests, delegation, empowerment and asking for input before making decisions. Experience in managing off-shore shared services centre resources, conducting regular service reviews with the focus on continuous improvements Proven ability to build and expand high performing teams Ability to work in a global multi-cultural environment, resilience and used to work in dynamic and uncertain situations.Must have technical / professional qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in IT Minimum 10 years’ experience in delivering ERP Projects in international environment in large-scale and/or tech businesses working with large enterprise clients with complex landscapes Detailed and extensive knowledge of all SAP HR modules and SAP S4HANA knowledge and experience
