Job Title: EVO M&A Product Portfolio Manager

As a key member of our EVO team, you will be responsible for leading M&A projects from a technology perspective, ensuring seamless integration and divestment of companies. Your expertise will be crucial in driving business growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead E2E M&A projects, ensuring timely and budget-friendly execution.
  • Develop and implement business cases for M&A projects, considering effort, landscape, and delivery capabilities.
  • Ensure M&A project activities meet IT policy guidelines, including SoX, IT controls, IT resilience, and vulnerability management.
  • Deliver M&A initiatives on time and on budget, aligning with the M&A strategy.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an ERP product manager in large-scale, complex M&A projects for multinational TelCo organizations.
  • Management skills, including project management, networking, influence, communications, and relationship management.
  • Experience in business process management and offshore shared services center resources.
  • SAP Certified, with in-depth knowledge of SAP Finance, SCM, and HR functionality, as well as SAP S4HANA knowledge and experience.
  • Minimum 10-15 years' experience in delivering BI/ERP projects in an international environment.
