My client is seeking a reliable and organised Fleet Coordinator to join their ever-growing team.
MAIN DUTIES:
- Monitoring and ensuring that all vehicle services and repairs are completed promptly and within scheduled timelines.
- Coordinating and overseeing all communications between end users and suppliers to ensure effective and efficient exchange of information and requirements.
- Ensuring the preparation and maintenance of accurate and detailed documentation.
ABOUT YOU:
Required:
- Excellent organisational, prioritisation, and self-management abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional documentation abilities.
- Thorough attention to detail.
- Skilled in fundamental IT tasks and proficient in managing basic information technology operations.
- Capable of working both collaboratively within a team and independently.
Desirable:
- Experience in managing and coordinating various aspects of the fleet management process.
