You will receive comprehensive training and support from Alistair, our Head of Customer Support, and the rest of the team.



Role and Responsibilities
  • Client Management: Maintain regular contact with a portfolio of customers, ensuring their needs are met and issues resolved promptly.
    Onboarding and Training: Facilitate the onboarding and training of new customers via MS Teams, ensuring a smooth transition to our new software platform.
  • Software Testing: Test our new software platform for issues and enhancements, contributing to continuous improvement.
  • Problem Solving: Provide solutions to client issues, demonstrating excellent troubleshooting skills.
  • Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with clients, fostering strong relationships.


Requirements
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for helping people.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new software tools.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to troubleshoot effectively.
  • Prior experience with software tools is advantageous but not required, as full training will be provided.
  • Business to business customer relations experience preferred
