**Job Title: Care Coordinator**
**Location: Victoria, Central London**
**Salary: £26,000 to £28,000 p.a. + benefits**
This is a fabulous role working with a high quality domiciliary care business with an established customer and carer base. Within this role you will work closely with the Registered Manager to ensure that the day to day running of the office is managed efficiently and that the carers and customers needs are met to the highest standards.
This is an ever changing environment so we are looking for an individual that works at pace, manages change and has a logístical and organised mindset.
A key part of this role will be directly managing the carer rotas for a group of carers who work in the community so relationship building and people management skills are essential. You will also support in the smooth running of the office and work closely with the team to manage all enquiries and communications.
**As a Care Coordinator this role will involve**:
- Completing Carer rotas ideally two weeks in advance
- Speaking to clients and families about day to day operations
- Updating the recruitment Team to ensure that sufficient carer staffing levels are in place
- Competently scheduling care calls and managing timings and mileage
- Managing carer holiday requests, appointments and availability
- Ensuring that all policies are adhered to and that carer files are kept compliant to CQC regulations
- Being part of the On Call Team as required
**About You**:
- Ideally previous Care Coordinator level experience within the domiciliary care sector.
- Can confidently converse with all members of the team
- Be able to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers and carers
- Develop and maintain high standards of care by ensuring policy and procedures are followed
- Caring, kind and has an ability to work well under pressure
- Can work to deadlines and enjoys a challenge
- A multi-tasker who can work well alone on projects and as part of a team
