The Hire Ground is seeking a highly skilled Learning & Development Coordinator - Elderly Care to support the organisation's training and development programmes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate external and mandatory training, ensuring compliance with training requirements.
  • Maintain accurate training and performance records.
  • Deliver some training sessions, utilizing pre-existing training videos.
  • Develop professional relationships with external training providers to maximise the learning offer for staff.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team.

Requirements:

  • Fully qualified in Learning & Development (CIPD L&D Level 3 or equivalent) or similar field.
  • Strong IT knowledge and experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and HR systems.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication skills, with ability to inform, advise, and influence people across all levels of the business.

Working Arrangements:

  • Full-time position, 41 hours per week, Monday to Friday (including breaks).
  • Office-based, with option to work from home one day per week after six months.
  • Central SW London location.

Salary: £27,000-£30,000 per annum, plus excellent benefits package.
