The post holder will work with the Directorate Management Team and Family Health Leadership Team to manage the services to achieve the Trust's vision of being 'Outstanding in health outcomes and patient and staff experience. Main duties of the job
The Reproductive Heatlh directorate within Family Health Division is looking for one part time (30 hours) ASGM to join their busy team. The post holder will be responsible for working with divisional management, nursing and clinical leadership teams to ensure the service is operationally managed on a day to day basis ensuring robust performance management to various targets, financial and budgetary management and line management.
The post holder will be expected to deputise for managers on occasion and ensure sufficient cover for colleagues.
The post holder will work heavily on the Cancer pathways within Gynaecology and support teams to ensure the pathways are improved and run smoothly.

Provide strong, visible leadership within the services
To take a lead role in business management for the Directorate
To analyse and monitor the financial performance of the Directorate.
Assist with the development and implementation of cost improvement schemes through service redesign
