Asa Bid & Tender Writer you will be responsible for analysingtender documents preparing and submitting bids and PQQs(PreQualification Questionnaires) and crafting compelling responsesfor both new and existing clients. Roleand Responsibilities:

  • Thoroughlyanalyse tender documents to identify key requirements and areasneeding furtherclarification.
  • Prepareand submit highquality bids and PQQs in a timelymanner.
  • Identifyand seek clarification on any ambiguous areas within tenderdocuments.
  • Writeoriginal and compelling responses for bids and proposals ensuringthey are relevant accurate andprofessional.
  • Maintainand develop an effective bid library for use in futuresubmissions.
  • Manageinputs from a variety of internal and external stakeholdersincluding subject matter experts subcontractors and thirdparties.
  • Reviewpast submissions to gather feedback and lessons learned promotingcontinuous improvement within the Bid Team and Business Developmentfunction.
  • Supportthe documentation of bid strategy differentiators win themes keymessages and content for proposals andpresentations.
  • Identifyand support internal change projects necessary to remaincompetitive inbids.
  • Introduceand manage necessary bid processes andprocedures.
  • Conductdetailed research of individual clients and sectors to tailorproposalsaccordingly.
  • Maintainawareness of competitor activity and market trends to inform bidstrategies.
  • Understandand document business processes throughout the organization foraccurate tenderresponses.
  • Manageand update the JBM tender library to ensure it remains a valuableresource for theteam.
