We’re delighted to announce we’re looking for a Customer Relations Admin & Quality Team Leader to join our customer relations team for a 12 month fixed term contract to lead our administrative and quality functions.

Abri’s Customer Relations Team is dedicated to resolving customer complaints effectively and in a timely manner. The Admin & Quality team leader will lead a team of administrators who have a key role in ensuring the Customer Relations Team runs efficiently, including ensuring complaints are logged correctly and promptly and Housing Ombudsman enquiries are responded to within the given timescales. This role is also responsible for managing our Quality Officers, therefore ensuring complaint investigations and responses are of a high quality and are checked in line with our quality framework, with constructive feedback provided where necessary.

The successful candidate will have experience of managing a team, excellent attention to detail and communication skills as well as strong leaderships skills with the ability to motivate, coach and inspire the team to strive for success.
