**What does this role involve?**

Joining the Customer Relations team, you will need to work well under pressure and be able to prioritise your workload, ensuring customers are responded to within agreed timescales.

Day to day, you will;
- liaise with internal departments;
- investigate, record, and resolve customer enquiries;
- update and manage customer accounts through our internal systems.

- excellent communication skills both written and verbal;

- excellent time management skills, able to work well under pressure and prioritise your own workload.
