The ideal candidate will harness their expertise in conversion rate optimization (CRO) to identify opportunities, implement strategies, and drive measurable improvements that directly enhance user experience and sales performance across multiple e-commerce platforms.

As an E-commerce CRO Specialist, you will utilize analytics, A/B testing, and user insights to optimize everything from landing pages to checkout processes, ensuring our clients' success in a competitive market.

Requirements


Responsibilities

  • Design and optimize landing pages to enhance user experience and conversion rates.
  • Conduct A/B testing to evaluate design effectiveness.
  • Perform user research to gather insights and inform design decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design strategies with business goals.
  • Utilize Figma for creating and iterating design prototypes.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in UI/UX design, particularly in Ecommerce/DTC.
  • Proficiency in Figma.
  • Strong understanding of A/B testing methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
