About the Role

Saga Plc is seeking a skilled E Commerce & CRO Manager - Maternity Cover (12 months) to join our Marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our digital transformation strategy and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

The successful candidate will have experience of leading or working within a digital transformation programme, with strong leadership and project management skills. You will be responsible for managing changes to our Insurance journeys, driving multiple test and learn opportunities alongside other Dev projects.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to Saga's position as a market-leader in the over 50s general insurance category.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage changes to the Insurance journeys, across all elements of CRO using the team of Conversion & Optimisation Consultants
  • Assist with supplier selection, onsite implementation, and report from selected tools, including review of user sessions
  • Pro-actively share best practices and learning throughout the AA to drive improvements in digital marketing across the company and troubleshoot campaigns

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary up to £60,000 (dependent on experience)
  • FT 35 hours per week
  • Hybrid - Travel to the Ashford/London Office a couple of times per month
