Duties and Responsibilities of a Deputy Home Manager (Residential Care):
  • Supporting and deputising for the Registered/Care Manager
  • Mentoring and assisting junior members of staff
  • Creating and updating personalized care plans
  • Collaborating with patients' families, friends, and social supports in developing treatment plans.
  • Assisting with the recruitment of the service
  • Interacting with healthcare providers to facilitate patients' treatments.
  • Ensuring patients' treatment requirements are met.
  • Conducting regular follow-ups with patients to evaluate progress, promote continuity of care, and ensure improved health outcomes.
  • Maintaining service user's records
