Kurt Geiger’s Digital Team is a leading edge, multichannel, global, fully integrated function within the business. Digital Marketing Team
We’re a best-in-class performance marketing function with a strong track record of delivering incremental and profitable growth in customer acquisition and lifetime value. Through a combination of the latest technology, carefully curated external partnerships, and highly skilled internal talent, we continually focus on providing clear and measurable success across three DTC brands in both domestic and international markets. We strike a balanced approach to managing the details with laser focus as well as staying ahead of the curve on the macro changes effecting our industry such as changes in Privacy, Cookies and Web 3.0. The Role
We are looking for a Digital Trade Coordinator to join our rapidly growing E-Commerce Team supporting our International Kurt Geiger sites, key markets being USA, Mexico & Europe. Reporting to the Trading Manager, you will work alongside the Digital Marketing team.
Work with Trading Manager to drive the direction of the Kurt Geiger US trade plan to achieve sales targets, working in collaboration with brand marketing to ensure messages are seasonally relevant and compelling for the customer Support the International CRO strategy working actively across a number of initiatives, with updates shared regularly, that utilises our suite of CRO tools to drive increased site conversion & performance ·Be a key point of contact for the digital Global business, collaborating with B&M, Marketing, Development and Design in order to achieve sales targets Effectively manage Capita off-shore relationship to ensure product uploads are timely and site standards are upheld upon new products going live Manage, test and optimise onsite merchandising and product rankings in order to maximise our commercial ambitions Optimise the search and navigation functionality to deliver greater product discovery and on-site engagement Work closely with the B&M departments to ensure stock levels, sell through rates, allocation, newness and replenishment are all factored into the digital trading plan Work closely with the Digital Marketing team to help optimise traffic performance by highlight product or category opportunities within the trading plan Support other digital team members as required, communicating our trading plan and insight in terms of commercial opportunitiesThe Person:
