An exciting opportunity has arisen to work in our fast paced and busy Waiting List Booking Team based at Solihull Hospital. The posts are permanent and Full time Monday - Friday hours.

Main duties of the job

As part of a large team of Waiting List Coordinators, the post holders will individually manage elective waiting lists for a variety of specialties, ensuring theatre lists are fully utilised by arranging Pre Op appointments and procedure dates. Working closely with the Team Leader and independently booking in accordance with policy and protocol guidelines. The post holder will also be co-ordinating email traffic and telephone queries from patients and stakeholders.
