Deputy Nurse Manager

Hourly Rate: £20.20

We are searching for a compassionate and highly skilled Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join our client's team as a Deputy Nurse Manager. In this leadership role, you will work closely with the Nurse Manager to oversee and supervise nursing staff and patient care within their Nursing Home. This is an exceptional opportunity for a dedicated nurse to step into a managerial position and drive positive patient outcomes through exemplary leadership.

Qualifications
  • RGN (Registered General Nurse) qualification and valid UK NMC Pin
  • Senior nursing experience, ideally within a nursing home setting
