Hybrid - London, 2 days in office, 3 days remote - Paid ad-hoc travel to Sheffield & Lincoln offices as required, likely once a month

Our mission:
- Two in five people in the UK rent their homes. Our mission? To provide them with the best renting experience in the world
- We started Goodlord because we wanted to make renting simple and transparent for everyone involved: the agent, the landlord, and the tenant. We knew Generation Rent would lead to more tenants, with higher digital expectations and we were confident we could provide a solution
- Like all scale-ups it’s been a bit of a rollercoaster journey, but we’re now stronger than ever, with around 3,000 letting agents using the platform, exciting and varied products and 350+ Goodlordians across the group supporting the mission
The Opportunity:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to produce high-quality content that showcases company culture across multiple channels. Maintain content calendars, measure performance, and develop guidelines for the future.
- Develop and execute an Employer Brand social media strategy focusing on platforms like Instagram and LinkedIn. Monitor engagement, optimise strategies based on performance, and create employer brand guidelines.
- Implement strategies to keep employees informed and engaged, including content for internal platforms and workplace awards strategy.
- Ensure consistent branding across internal materials, update promotional collateral, and support recruitment marketing efforts, including design, advertising, and event sponsorships.
What we need from you:
- Proven experience in employer branding (ideally within a tech company and/or scale up)
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills with strong understanding of social media platforms
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate with colleagues across different departments & locations - we have three offices, London, Sheffield and Lincoln - plus some fully remote Goodlordians.
- Knowledge of photography, video production and editing for socials
