**Responsibilities**:
- Support GE HealthCare’s Attraction & Engagement strategy, globally:
- Partner with recruitment teams to deliver GE HealthCare’s employee value proposition messaging in a transparent and innovative fashion that evokes an emotional connection with the talent we seek to hire and retain.
- Work cross-functionally to refine, deploy and build advocacy for our employee value proposition throughout the entire employee life cycle. Deliver toolkits that stakeholders can “lift and shift” to extend advocacy. Champion internal and external marketing engagement on our communication channels.
- Evolve GE HealthCare’s careers site embedding our cultural operating principles and EVP throughout. Measure, monitor and optimize.
- Project manage recruitment marketing initiatives to include charter development, measurement and storytelling
- Work collaboratively with Talent Acquisition colleagues to utilize market research, competitive analysis and hire data to cultivate substantial competitive market intelligence and strengthen our knowledgebase of desired target companies, geographies & education programs.
- Consistently search for new opportunities to elevate the brand by reviewing competitors, understanding industry best practices and nurturing partnerships, both internal and externally
- Partner with the talent acquisition team on digital, social and traditional media initiatives to ensure talent brand marketing materials are engaging, relevant and facilitate attracting high quality talent with a keen focus on measurement & ROI.
- Design and manage the US and Canada (USCAN) region Employee Value Proposition strategy.
- Partner with Regional TA Leader to create geo and regional recruitment marketing & branding plans and integrated calendar.
- Oversee all content management for the region which may include sourcing, writing, editing and translation management.
- Design and activate strategies to build new, diverse communities based on business/regional needs.
- Manage social channel engagement and reputation channels (Glassdoor, LinkedIn, local reputation channels).
- In collaboration with other regional PM and Employer Brand Senior Manager. Responsible for overall regional channel health including maintenance, enhancements, and community engagement.
- Ensure regional DEI talent attraction goals are met in partnership with Regional Talent Acquisition Leaders.
**Qualifications**:
- Basic experience in employment brand management.
- Expertise across social media platforms, digital content creation and project management tools.
- Creativity with a talent for developing meaningful employment messaging content to push out to talent communities.
- Experience creating and influencing campaigns, optimizing in-flight content and digital experiences, and reporting results.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment, and keep up with a high volume of activity.
- Successfully proven project and stakeholder management.
- Positive, team-focused attitude.
