Empowering Employer Brand Growth

Braze is seeking an Employer Brand Specialist to market the company as a top employer of choice. This role operates within the People department and collaborates with Talent Acquisition, Marketing, Communications, and Social Impact teams.

About the Role

This position reports to the Team Lead, Employer Brand, and focuses on developing recruitment marketing programs, communications, and campaigns that grow candidate awareness and consideration of Braze. Key responsibilities include:

  • Creating content strategies to showcase Braze's Employer Value Proposition (EVP) across channels and touchpoints.
  • Ideating and producing compelling content and campaigns to consistently and effectively showcase #BrazeLife and our one-of-a-kind culture.
  • Leading our global workplace awards strategy, including communications, surveys, announcements, and earned media.
  • Managing and/or supporting recruitment marketing events and sponsorships, both in-person and virtual.
  • Researching new opportunities, talent markets, and partnerships that help grow our employer brand awareness and consideration as Braze continues to grow.
  • Monitoring and analyzing performance against KPIs to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
About You

We're looking for someone with experience in employer branding, marketing, content, and/or communications. A BA/BS degree is preferred but not required. Key qualifications include:

  • Strong storytelling, creative, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills that foster long-term relationships and facilitate work cross-functionally.
  • The ability to manage and organize multiple demanding tasks with accuracy and prioritize competing projects.
  • The flexibility to work with teams and peers across different time zones.
  • The ability to travel globally when required.
