London, United Kingdom Wise Full time

**Company Description**
Wise is a global technology company, building the best way to move and manage the world’s money. Min fees. Max ease. Full speed.

Whether people and businesses are sending money to another country, spending abroad, or making and receiving international payments, Wise is on a mission to make their life easier and save them money.

As part of our team, you will be helping us create an entirely new network for the world's money. For everyone, everywhere.

More about our mission.

We’re looking for a content specialist to join our People Experience team and help us build employer brand affinity at Wise.

Bring our story to life and promote Wise as an employer of choice to talented people around the world. Tap into what makes our people and our culture unique and provide a flavour of what it’s like to work at Wise.

**Your Mission**:

- Use your creativity and initiative to reimagine how content is produced to engage our target audience.
- Create campaign briefs and manage a library of assets that can be used to get our content out to the right places on social media channels, our website and at our events.
- Help us build our reputation on Glassdoor: manage reviews and share impactful stories with our followers.
- Manage a schedule of regular career content on our social channels including Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube, as well as manage content on our careers website
- Build relationships across the business to help uncover the stories that showcase what it means to work at Wise.
- Measure the effectiveness of content performance, grow our social reach and increase audience engagement.
- Work closely with external agencies, including videographers and photographers, as well as internal teams such as PR, Diversity Equity & Inclusion (DEI), Analytics, Design, Environment Social Governance (ESG) and our Events team.
- Work with our partners to maximise opportunities to promote careers at Wise and support employer brand award entries.

**The Role**:

- Own and develop stand out content - You’re a storyteller at heart, with the ability to tease out great content that makes an impact. You have a good understanding of social media and video and what engaging content looks like.
- Use your creativity and try new things - You think about your audience, the campaign goals and re-imagine how the content is produced, exploring the topic to find the story to bring to life working at Wise.
- Collaborate with our teams around the world - You’re a team player and can and can coordinate projects and campaigns with multiple stakeholders (for example your lead, the hiring team, recruiters, Design and sometimes external agencies)
- Create connections and build relationships - You like to connect with people in a genuine way. You’re comfortable speaking to and interviewing people across all locations and levels of seniority to tell the Wise story in an authentic way.
- Growing skills with data - You’re able to gather and present social data and reports for a chosen audience. You have a growing ability to build a story and influence using data and understand that it plays an important part when setting campaign goals

We're proud to have a truly international team, and we celebrate our differences.
