Role:  Summer Intern - Civil Engineer

Location: Stirling

Salary:  £25,000 per annum (pro rata for the duration of the Summer Internship)

Your new role

About the role:

Put your academic knowledge into practice and get work-ready before you graduate. With a placement suited to your area of interest, over 12 weeks you can dive right into some of our business challenges, collaborate on projects and learn from industry experts. As a Summer Intern - Civil Engineer, you’ll be responsible for:

Check the setting out of works including earthworks, foundations, structural steel and block work Quality Control Ensuring all plant and machines are used efficiently on site Enforcing safety procedures Keeping site records up to date

What you'll need:

2nd or 3rd year undergraduate within a related degree The ability to work on own initiative and demonstrate a methodical approach Excellent written and verbal communication skills The ability to work as part of a team and under pressure

About you:

As a Summer Intern - Civil Engineer we understand this may be one of your first roles so we’re looking for someone who is working towards a BA Hons/BSc/MSc degree and is ambitious, collaborative and determined to make a positive impact – a great fit for Team Robertson.
