Job summary

The Project Support Office is responsible for providing an efficient, accurate and professional Business Administration and Project Support facilityto the Programme Management Office, with overall responsibility for facilitating, monitoring and analysing project progress.

This includes:

Providing general administration Acting as first point of contact for all project enquiries Providing first line project management advice and training on the Trust methodology to project leads, clinical staff and others involvedin project work. Proactively promoting the Programme Management Office and projects.

Main duties of the job

To be responsible for providing a project and business support service to the Programme Management Office (PMO) team, providing andcoordinating a comprehensive support service to projects. Facilitating and monitoring project progress including general administration and actingas first point of contact for all project enquiries.

To lead on promoting PMO projects internally and externally using a range of effective and innovative communication methods and publications.

Assist the Project Support Office & Development Manager with the maintenance and development of the Transformation & Improvement HubSharePoint platform.

Experience of creating a range of effective and innovative communications and publications in a timely manner Experience of using Microsoft SharePoint Experience of creating/maintaining databases Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, Project, Visio, Powerpoint

Desirable

Experience of taking high quality minutes Experience of performing site owner tasks within Microsoft SharePoint Experience of using Microsoft PowerApps

Qualifications

Essential

2 or more A-Level's (or equivalent Level 3 and above) or relevant demonstrable experience or 5 GCSE's A*-C (or equivalent) and relevant demonstrable experience
