you'll have

Strong accounting experience Experience and professional knowledge to handle tax questions (e.g. CIT, VAT). Experience within a manufacturing environment would be the cherry on top.  Excellent communication skills to build strong, cross-functional relationships and explain the “why” behind a financial process in a simple and engaging manner.  Problem solving skills to spot an issue, quickly identify the root cause and come up with a plan to resolve.  A structured and documented working approach; strong levels of organisation, time management and attention to detail. Exceptional excel skills. Power BI knowledge and experience with Microsoft D365 would be advantageous.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to get hands on experience in an exciting business model with the ability to shape how we do things better going forward. An opportunity to engage with the finance management of innocent and the Coca-Cola Company, as well as other external stakeholders (e.g. auditors). Exposure to a fast-growing company undergoing a change to make processes more mature and fit for purpose. Understanding of key financial reporting systems and controls.  The opportunity to develop your project management experience and partner with different people across the business.
