Record to Report - Finance Manager (Supply Chain)
We started back in 1999 and since then we’ve gone from selling a few smoothies at a music festival to becoming one of Europe’s biggest drinks companies with around 1,000 people (and the B Corp seal of approval).
At innocent we’re going through an exciting period of growth and maturity, and we need more hands-on deck to help us achieve this. We’re looking for someone to hit the ground running and join our group finance team. You’ll be based in London but responsible for managing the financials for our manufacturing-based entities in the Netherlands.
Taking care of our financial statement audits and act as a first contact for our external auditor.
Supporting our Group Tax team and shareholder The Coca-Cola Company on tax related questions.
Financial responsibility for our entities in the Netherlands.
Performing regular period end tasks including looking after fixed assets.
Working with our shareholder in the preparation of year-end accounts and statutory accounts.
Performing Balance Sheet reconciliations.
Strong accounting experience
Experience and professional knowledge to handle tax questions (e.g. Excellent communication skills to build strong, cross-functional relationships and explain the “why” behind a financial process in a simple and engaging manner.
strong levels of organisation, time management and attention to detail.
Exceptional excel skills.
Power BI knowledge and experience with Microsoft D365 would be advantageous.
An opportunity to engage with the finance management of innocent and the Coca-Cola Company, as well as other external stakeholders (e.g. auditors).
Understanding of key financial reporting systems and controls.
