Temporary (9 months), full time (37.5 hpw)

Typical day as a Lead Support Worker (known by us as Coordinator)

Signing new customers up to tenancies in their new homes Supporting customers to manage a tenancy, helping them to prepare for a future of independent living. Carrying out risk assessments, support planning, goal setting and regular reviews. Visiting customers to carry out support sessions through the Home Achievement Program.  Cuppas, chats and catch ups. There’s no rushing from one customer to the next here Plenty of time to collaborate with colleagues too.

You bring

Passion to support our customers to live their best life, working collaboratively with an eye for detail. Experience of creating person-centred support plans and supporting colleagues in working to work to the plans. Experience of coordinating and assessing customer referrals. The ability to work on your own initiative, remain calm under pressure and have a resilient approach To get from A to B, you’ll need a vehicle insured for business purposes. The great news is that we’ll pay your mileage

Job details

Monday to Friday 9-5 Hybrid - community and office based. Where we’re flexible with you, we do need to meet the needs of our customers. That may mean adapting your start or finishing times on occasion. Able to use technology for creating and updating support plans, complete online learning and to collaborate with colleagues. You’ll need an Enhanced DBS check done and we pay for that.
