What You'll Do
  • Develop plans for launching creative, integrated marketing campaigns that educate, increase demand, capture engagement, and grow the marketing pipeline.
  • Design, build, and lead the execution of end-to-end operations across various channels, including LinkedIn, Google,  Social, Email, and paid Ad Networks.
  • Collaborate with the wider business to identify high-fit candidates and drive interest in our personal development products and events.
  • Own marketing performance and continuously optimise campaigns using a data-driven approach.
Skills & Experience You Have
  • 5+ years of tested performance Marketing experience.
  • In-depth knowledge and proven track record of successful campaigns. 
  • Passion for creating value-added narratives with potential clients.
  • Growth mindset with a results-driven approach to autonomous working.
  • Resilience in changing and challenging situations.
  • Natural curiosity to make a positive impact.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interview skills.
