Paid Social Specialist

Joining our Paid Social team will give you the chance to unleash your creativity, and your Tik Tok, Facebook, Pinterest and Snapchat knowledge and work on client accounts that will help you get some great exposure to exciting industries From eCommerce to Finance and Education you will work with a diverse bunch of accounts and products so you must have the speed to keep up
You’ll be a specialist on all things Paid Social, with experience using all major platforms to develop and lead client strategies, advising on creative assets and reporting on results. Alongside your paid social responsibilities, you will be tasked with leading an integrated account team of specialists, creating and delivering tactics that form part of a wider digital marketing strategy.
You will be eager to always be learning, you’ll be the kind of person who always wants to learn more, whether that’s the latest digital marketing tactics, or getting to understand the finer details of each client’s products.
This is a fast-paced role within an ambitious agency environment, so a growth mindset is a must for the successful applicant.
We have an office in central Manchester and you can work from here with our friendly local team. Our head office is in Lichfield, and we are easily accessible from the M6 toll road and Lichfield Trent Valley station is well placed for train commuters when you come to visit.
What will you be doing?
Your day to day will consist of managing partnerships with social platforms, helping brands grow and reach their audiences, and building and maintaining strategic relationships with clients through phone, video, and face to face meetings. During these meetings you will present reports to summarise the success of their campaigns and make suggestions for improvement.
You will be expected to allocate budgets and adjust if clients’ financial plans change. You will work with our brilliant client services team to develop accounts and test new platforms to deliver them a service that no other agency can
Supported by the Strategy & Performance Directors, you will be the primary BAU relationship holder with clients, ensuring strategic roadmaps are up to date and creating value cases for any additional ideas that come from your team.
What you need to have
- Meta Blueprint Certified
- A love and passion for all paid social
- Experience in Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, Client Strategy, Campaign Optimisation, Reporting, Budget Management
- Extensive experience on all social platforms
- Strong experience in pixels and tracking
- Experience in leading and managing a team of 3-5
- Ability to forecast across all channels effectively
- Strong Client skills - strategy, negotiation, technical
- Analytical mind - a data first approach
- Ability to manage you time and work to deadlines.
