Joining our Visitor Fundraising team at the National Railway Museum, you will be responsible for delivering the highest standards of customer service by providing a warm welcome to our diverse museum audiences and asking for voluntary donations.

It may be helpful if you have fundraised in the past, or worked sales or retail, however this is not essential - this could still be a new venture for you You will be key to inspiring others in future of the Museum and confidently engaging the public to support us.

Don't feel you meet all the criteria? We welcome you to apply even if your experience doesn't match directly. With your transferable skills, you could be the right candidate for this, or other opportunities that we have.
