Office Assistant

**About the company**:
A successful and well-reputed legal practice with multiple sites in the York area are now seeking organised and enthusiastic Office Assistant to be based in their Central York office.
**Key duties of the role**:
- Performing clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Handling the office post
- Covering reception duties when required such as answering telephones and welcoming visitors to the office
- Organising meeting rooms and providing refreshments
- Monitoring office inventory
- Other general office tasks as required
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Great communication skills and phone etiquette
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: Up to £21,500.00 per year
**Benefits**:

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
Licence/Certification:
- UK Driving Licence (preferred)
