POSITION :

We are seeking to appoint a confident all-in-one marketer with a strong desire to enhance their experience and career, who can build and grow upon our newly created marketing strategy centred around our new investment team, Hubble Investments. We are looking for a dynamic, data-driven marketer to become an integral part of the team and own the marketing funnel including our website. You will be focused on attracting site traffic, converting that traffic into new leads for the business, and nurturing those to help fuel the rapid growth of Hubble Investments.

Do you tweet, share, and post to social media in your sleep? In this position, you also have scope to manage our social media accounts by implementing strategies and tactics that grow our followers, engage and retain them, and help convert them into leads, prospects, and active fans and promoters of Hubble Investments. You'll be expected to develop and track integrated email campaigns to ultimately increase our business' email marketing success. You must be a savvy wordsmith with a knack and love for communicating our USP’s into compelling business content for both email marketing and enhancing our blog. Together with great SEO understanding and an ability to build key word strategies to complement our inbound goals.

Whilst the role will mainly focus on the digital marketing arena you will also be required to organise our presence at major tradeshows, arrange regional workshops and events, liaise with our design agencies, report on campaigns, undertake industry & competitor analysis and contribute to strategicdecisions.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

The core responsibilities of the position are to:

Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content. Grow our database of contacts organically, not through bought or rented lists

Optimise our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social media channels, establishingclosed-loop analytics and reporting to continually refine our conversion process

Build and manage a rich content/editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience to our owned properties (including blog posts, whitepapers, eBooks, reports, webinars, infographics, etc.)

Collaborate internally with business development professionals, and external influencers and PR agency to commission and produce relevant content that meets the needs of existing and new opportunities

Explore new ways to engage and identify new social networks, events and content to reach our target sellers/market. Track, measure, and analyse all initiatives to report on marketing ROI

Build and manage the company’s social media profiles and presence, including TikTok, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn - together with monitoring and engaging in relevant social discussions about our company, competitors, and/or industry, both from existing leads as well as from brand new audiences

Optimising digital content for search engines and lead generation together with managing and improving organic search engine performance and reporting outcomes based on click through rates, traffic, and conversions

Organise all requirements to successfully host and/or attend events (e.g. trade shows, workshops, seminars, webinars etc.) including but not limited to exhibition stands, printed collateral, staffing, travel, shipping, attendee/delegate lists and accommodation by liaising effectively between relevant colleagues and suppliers.

Oversee the creation of all marketing collateral, for example, flyers, roll banners, posters etc. by liaising effectively between relevant colleagues and suppliers

Work closely with the Hubble team to ensure all marketing activities are delivered on budget and on time

Contribute to the visibility of all marketing activity status through accurate and timely completion of reports required by management

Deliver agreed individual objectives and play a full and active part in delivering the M&A Team objectives

Fully understand ouroffering to the market,including the wider CSI group and undertake regular reviews of competitors and insights from our wider team understand and maximise our USP’s

Contribute to the creation of an annual marketing plan with creativity, energy and a flair for new ideas – and maintain this approach throughout delivery.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Marketing qualifications are desirable but not essential,however must have anunderstanding of marketing concepts and principles

Experienced with email marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation, and web analytics

Proficiency in content management systems. You will be expected to build product/landing pages, optimise the conversion paths on those pages, and use dynamic calls-to-action to create and test buyer stage-specific calls-to-action

Experience with data-driven SEO analysis and optimisation is advantageous

Experience of updating website content and blogs

Basic HTML and/or PhotoShop would be desirable 

Be a competent and creative user of Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Yammer together with Windows 10)

Experience of Salesforce or CRM systems is desirable but not essential

Hold a full driving licence and use of a vehicle is advantageous.
