Job summary

We are looking to recruit to an Admin Support/Ward Clerk position at Hawkesbury Lodge, Coventry supporting our team on the rehabilitation and recovery of adults who experience complex, severe & enduring mental illness and who are unable to live independently.

We are looking for an individual with a positive approach who are able to build effective working relationships and who are flexible in their outlook. You will need to be able to multi-task and work autonomously but also as part of a team.

Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office systems is essential whilst training will be provided for in-house systems such as Carenotes, Tracking, etc.

Main duties of the job

The post-holder will be required to work as part of an integrated and skill mixed team, providing effective and efficient admin support to the ward, including data inputting, collation of information, emails, etc. You will also be required to cover reception which includes being responsible for receiving & signposting service users & visitors to the appropriate person and use of switchboard for transfer of calls.
