Admin Support - Band 2
30 Hours Per Week (Monday - Friday Wayside House)
Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join our admin team supporting the processing of our Education, Health and Care Needs (EHC) requests and ensuring Education Health and Care Plans (EHCP) are completed within the required timescales.
The post holder will play an important role within the wider Admin Team to provide efficient and comprehensive administrative support to the service. They will be responsible for maintaining trackers and the handover of files and information between the relevant service and Local Authority (LA).
You will work within a skilled mixed admin team to support the AHP services and have excellent communication skills as you will be liaising with the LA, managers and other staff members.
You must be able to build effective working relationships and respond appropriately and timely to the needs of the Local Authority.
You will have the ability to plan, organise and prioritise your workload, ensuring deadlines are met, good level of communication skills and attention to detail are required.
The ability to work both independently and as part of a team and carry out routine administrative support, including data inputting, scanning etc. as required.
We have a full electronic patient record system which is central to our work, so accurate record keeping is critical, and you must be able to concentrate in a busy working environment.
