Business Development Manager (Field Sales)

Are a driven sales professional looking to earn significant commission? Do you have experience in recycling, industrial, logistics or a similar sector? 

Our client, who we are working with exclusively, is looking for a Field Sales Manager to cover the region of Gloucestershire and surrounding areas. This is in an established area with some warm business so there will be a lot of Account Management, however, the successful candidate will also need to develop new business. 

As Field Sales Manager or Business Development Manager you will be responsible for developing business to existing and new B2B clients. The commission and bonus structure for the Field Sales Manager or BDM are both very competitive and you will be the only individual in this region so the world is your oyster

What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the role:

  • Record information accurately on the company CRM

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Significant and proven B2B sales is essential, you should be able to discuss your numbers with confidence and demonstrate a highly successful revenue generating background
  • Experience of field sales or managing a territory
  • Experience in recycling or an industrial sector is strongly preferred
  • Must have an understanding of the market in the Gloucestershire or three counties region
