Job summary
We are recruiting administrators to support ourvaccination programmes for flu, Covid, shingles, pneumococcal, MMR and RSV(this list is not exhaustive). You will work as part of a dynamic team indelivering a safe and effective service for the administration of vaccinationsto patients aged from 6months.
Main duties of the job
You will support the smooth running of vaccination clinics use computer software to accurately record patient data First contact for patients attending the vaccination clinics

Job description
Job responsibilities
Our clinics will be operating Monday to Saturday, subject to demand for vaccinations. We are looking for administrators who:
Are competent on IT and able to learn new systems quickly Can deal with patients in person and by telephone answering queries and requests for information Can process appointment requests for appointments and maintaining the patient database Can support the smooth running of busy vaccination clinics. Can accurately enter data onto clinical systems Will work collaboratively with the general practice team to meet the needs of patients, supporting the delivery of policy and procedures in line with local and national guidanceTraining will be provided, as required. You will receive an induction when you join us so you can meet the team.
You will undertake activities such as:
Contacting patients to book them in for their vaccinations Answering queries from patients regarding their vaccinations Data entry onto clinical systems Ensuring consultation rooms are clean and tidy after clinics Monitor team email Inbox Deliver excellent levels of patient centred service Facilitate the smooth and efficient running of clinics Carry out any other administrative duties as deemed necessary Person Specification
