Job Summary:

Experienced Officer who manages rent arrears currently and meet the essential requirements.  

·       Delivering an efficient rent collection service 

·       Managing a caseload of rent accounts for tenants who have fallen into arrears. 

·       Identifying support needs of customers and offering basic benefits & welfare advice and guidance 

·       Making referrals or signposting to relevant agencies 

·       Taking the appropriate legal action to recover any outstanding debts, and if required, represent at court proceedings and evictions

Location: Hybrid with 2-3 days in the office and home visits
