Sales Dispatch Co-ordinator, permanent position, office-based role, competitive salary and benefits package

Your new company 
You will work for a specialised wholesale company based in Derry. This company is an established business operating in Ireland and the UK for over 100 years with recent expansion into Europe.  They have appointed Hays to recruit a Sales Dispatch co-ordinator to join their team.  This is a full-time permanent position. It is office based and hours of work will be 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

Your new role 
In your role as Sales Dispatch Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for contacting customers to confirm orders scheduled for delivery and maximising sales opportunities.  You will produce relevant documentation in relation to customer orders, keep records of available stock and process stock orders, provide pricing information to customers, organise customer returns, liaise with customers via telephone and email, ensuring the highest standard of customer care and follow-up.  

What you'll need to succeed 
As Sales Dispatch Co-ordinator, you will be able to demonstrate previous experience in an administration position where you have been responsible for managing customer orders and relationships.  You will be confident communicating via verbal and written forms, be proficient in Microsoft suite with excellent organisational and attention to detail skills.
