In the UK, Safran Seats specialises solely in the First Class and Business Class seating markets for wide body aircraft, with industrial and engineering teams in Cwmbran and Newport, Wales and Brackley, England.

The purpose of this role is to co-ordinate cover for the tactical day-to-day aftermarket requirements through the ownership and liaison with multiple key stakeholders, to deliver customer orders and support in service issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities will include:
 Manage the liaison with multiple key internal stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction through delivery of aftermarket services.
 Oversee the tactical execution of day-to-day aftermarket requirements including support to the Tiger Team for aftermarket activities across operations, engineering, supply chain, purchasing, repairs and others.
 Contract reviews to establish commercial liability and deliverables
 Preparation of weekly management meeting review
 Monitor actions and progress for the aftermarket team
 Measure and analyse performance of Tiger Team
 Identify process gaps and embed aftermarket requirements in business processes
 Support the required weekly/monthly data for reporting as required
 Maintain a safe environment for yourself and colleagues in accordance with the Company's Health & Safety policy
 Ensure a consistent approach to “standardised work”, share learning experiences
 Undertake other duties and task as may be reasonably requested by your manager from time to time
 Participate in;
o Internal and external meetings
o Aftermarket programme governance meetings
o Continuous improvement activities within the aftermarket and/or other functions
o Process reviews

Our dedicated engineering, production and in-service support facilities are integral to delivering a high-end quality product that we keep flying throughout the life of programme. Job Requirements

Candidate skills:
Co-ordinating a multifunctional team

Familiar with the information systems used in the Supply Chain: i.e. ERP etc
Excellent interpersonal skills

Ability and flexibility to travel to other SSGB sites
Computer literate with MS Office Software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
