**PA / HR Coordinator**
- Cwmbran, Office Based
- Permanent, Full Time / Part Time considered:

- Full Time: Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm / Part Time - Circa 20 hours per week working 3 full days / 4-5 days with reduced hours.
- Salary circa £24,000 - £30,000 per Annum (Pro Rata), Depending on Experience

**The Role**:
A newly created role within a rapidly expanding business; this is a niche opportunity with the potential to shape your own career development.

As PA / HR Coordinator, the responsibilities are dual purpose. As PA, you will support the Managing Director with all aspects of diary management, correspondence and reporting. As HR Coordinator, you will provide a comprehensive support function to the business, taking generalist responsibility for holidays, timekeeping and attendance, recruitment and onboarding, as well as providing advise to Business Leaders which is in accordance with current legislation.

**Responsibilities**:
**PA**
- Complex Diary Management on behalf of the Managing Director, and Senior Management, as required.
- Scheduling meetings, arranging travel, visas, and accommodation where necessary.
- Organising internal meetings and events.
- Taking, distributing and actioning minutes.
- Facilities Management; organising office supplies, liaising with contractors etc.
- Producing reports in accordance with business needs.
- Compiling literature for use in bids and tenders.

**HR**
- Working in partnership with the outsourced HR provider, you will be the central point of contact for all internal personnel, at all levels.
- Answering questions and resolving queries in respect to HR and governance.
- Providing advise founded in best practise and current employment legislation.
- Responsible for monitoring timekeeping and attendance, annual leave, maternity / paternity / adoption leave.
- Working in partnership with external Recruitment Partners to attract, onboard and retain new personnel.
- Compiling job descriptions, offer letters and contracts of employment.
- Obtaining references and eligibility to work documents, maintaining accurate HR records for all personnel.
- Maintaining employee records which document learning and development.
- Arranging work related training as necessary.

**Skills, Experience & Qualifications**
- Educated to Degree Level or equivalent, or able to demonstrate comparable experience.
- 2+ years’ experience of providing administrative support at a senior level.
- Knowledge of HR / Recruitment / Employment Law, with practical experience of managing these internal functions.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the confidence to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Highly IT literate with intermediate - advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- A forward-thinking, positive and collaborative team player.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Able to work autonomously with mínimal supervision.
- Proactive approach to learning, finding solutions where the answers are not immediately known.
- Able to adapt to the needs of your colleagues; managing situations with sensitivity, respect and discretion.
- ‘Can do’ attitude with the enthusiasm to shape your own career path.
- Genuinely enthusiastic about sports, fashion and / or active outdoor living.
