Overview:
We are seeking a motivated junior purchasing professional to join our client's dynamic Purchasing team. The ideal candidate could be someone with prior experience as a Buyer, a recent purchasing graduate, or someone with a background in distribution or supply chain. About the Role:
Are you detail-oriented and organized with a passion for procurement? We are seeking a dedicated Purchasing Executive to join our client's dynamic Purchasing team. This role involves daily procurement order processing and offers the opportunity to expand your knowledge in various aspects of procurement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently and accurately process and enter procurement data
  • Raise Purchasing Orders and track their progress
  • Follow up on order confirmations and estimated delivery times
  • Obtain fulfilments and Proofs of Delivery (PODs)
  • Handle returns and stock analysis

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Essential: GCSEs in English and Mathematics (Grades A-C)
  • Desirable: 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role

Core Competencies:

  • Proficient keyboard skills and a good telephone manner
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure
  • A collaborative team player with a proactive approach

Team Interaction:
