We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Executive Assistant to join our busy Senior Leadership Support Team.
We are looking for a collaborative team player who can demonstrate an ability to provide first class executive support and oversee the day to day running of a team of personal assistants, continually striving to improve on the service provided ensuring we remain proactive in our approach to support the needs of the business whilst maintaining our core values.

**The role involves**:

- Pairing an in-depth understanding of the company with a strategic mindset.
- Ability to approach seeming impossible tasks with tact and creativity.
- Acts as a role model to others in the team and is the “go to” person for guidance and support.
- Multi-tasker with excellent time management of complex diaries.
- Skilled at self-learning.
- Attending meetings to take minutes and actions and complete follow up tasks.
- Extensive diary management - full responsibility for the management of the Managing Directors and Chief Operating Officers busy calendars - anticipating the requirements and potential challenges to allow them to deliver the Company’s strategic objectives.
- Extensive travel arrangements including all logistics and itineraries.
- Presentation production - producing visually strong presentations on behalf of the leadership team.
- Planning, organising and coordinating executive conferences, workshops and other events.
- Handle all requests and enquiries always respecting confidentiality.
- The Executive Assistant should be willing to travel to various offices to support activities around office meetings and off-site events.

**Requirements**:
**Essential Requirements**:

- Extensive experience working with C-level suite, either directly as an EA or assisting the EA.
- Professional demeanour, in both appearance and communication.
- Knowledge of international or cultural differences.
- Technical skills, such as common business software and protocols.
- Sophisticated management and organisational abilities.
- Relevant industry background or knowledge of the industry.
- Strong time-management skills and ability to organise and coordinate multiple tasks and actions.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools, and an aptitude for learning new software and systems.
- Flexible team player, willing to adapt to changes and unafraid of challenges.
- Experience working in a fast-paced business.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and attention to detail.
- The ability to prioritise work according to deadlines, importance and urgency with the ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of information related to the Company and its Employees.

**Desirable requirements**:

- Relevant industry background or knowledge of the industry.
- Hold an IEAA Executive Assistant Certificate
