Mines Rescue CaptainEnsuring the safety and security of our clients’ buildings and assets by carrying out all duties in full adherence with client requirements.Ensuring at all times, a smart, alert, visible and commanding security presence at the premises of our clientsProvide conflict resolution at client premises where there is potential for conflictGreeting, assisting and directing members of the public, contractors and staff visiting the premises of our clientEngage in daily dialogue and site tours to maintain an up to date understanding of the projectMaintain a strict level of health and fitness appropriate to the role

The Ideal Candidate:

Prior experience of working as a Security Officer in the Security IndustryA valid SIA Licence or current certificate of completion of SIA trainingPresentable with excellent communication and literacy skillsSomeone who aspires to be the best they can in their area of expertiseSomeone who has advanced IT skills and be able to learn and operate our training and competence systems.Someone who is able to work on their own initiative, while being part of a wider teamStrong organisational skillsStrong communication skillsStrong planning skillsSomeone who has creative vision and an ability to develop flexible solutions
