Security Operations Manager

At Triton Risk Management, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mines Rescue Captain to join our team. As a key member of our security operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients' buildings and assets.
Key Responsibilities:- Carry out all duties in full adherence with client requirements, ensuring a smart, alert, visible, and commanding security presence at the premises of our clients.
- Provide conflict resolution at client premises where there is potential for conflict, greeting, assisting, and directing members of the public, contractors, and staff visiting the premises of our clients.
- Engage in daily dialogue and site tours to maintain an up-to-date understanding of the project, ensuring a strict level of health and fitness appropriate to the role.
- Prior experience of working as a Security Officer in the Security Industry.
- A valid SIA Licence or current certificate of completion of SIA training.
- Presentable with excellent communication and literacy skills.
- Someone who aspires to be the best they can in their area of expertise, with advanced IT skills and the ability to learn and operate our training and competence systems.
- Strong organisational, communication, and planning skills, with the ability to work on their own initiative while being part of a wider team.
- Someone who has creative vision and an ability to develop flexible solutions.
Salary: Competitive + 10% On Call Payment
