JOB TITLE: Accounts Payable Administrator

SALARY: £26,000 per annum

 

LOCATION: Wellingborough

SETTING: Hybrid role – 3 days in the office

Our client is a multi-award-winning brand in the consumer electronics accessories industry, specialising in mobile, IT peripheral, and wireless technology. With a strong global presence and multiple offices worldwide, they employ thousands of individuals.

We are looking for an Accounts Payable Administrator to join their team in Wellingborough to help provide financial and administrative services for the team.

Job Specification: Accounts Payable Administrator

Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, you will be responsible for processing and monitoring vendor payments, ensuring all applicable invoices received are recorded accurately and paid promptly.

  • Keying/matching stock invoices onto the Oracle ERP system.
  • Liaising with other departments on stock query resolution.
  • Be the main contact to handle queries from both the vendor and the business on a daily basis via and email.

 

Requirements: Accounts Payable Administrator

  • Experience in a similar role and have experience with an ERP software (Oracle experience would be advantageous)
  • Working knowledge of MS Suite (Word, Excel & Outlook)
  • Knowledge of accounts payable functions and procedures
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
