We are recruiting a Business Development Manager for Agilon here in the UK. This is a nationwide role, ideally based between Leeds to Luton, but other areas can be considered. The person will report directly to the Director, BL Industry Agilon.

As our Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring new prospects and sales opportunities, competitor analysis and market requirements, managing assigned accounts, developing all sales channels together with internal and external stakeholders as well as selling and promoting Konecranes Agilon countrywide to achieve sales and profit targets.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

Acquiring new prospects and sales opportunities Building and developing existing customers You will configure the solutions, prepare quotations, drive negotiations and close contracts Screening and segmenting assigned accounts as well as planning related sales strategy in co-operation with the Account Management team Meeting the set sales targets adhering to margin, commercial and technical deviations Identifying and managing potential risks related to contract agreements Providing input to budgeting and gathering market intelligence Cross-promoting Konecranes offering
