Job Title: Eyewear Area Sales Manager

Job Summary:

Zest Business Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Eyewear Area Sales Manager to join our team. As an Eyewear Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for creating and building exceptional customer relationships, driving sales growth, and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand our customer base and increase sales revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions that meet their requirements
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your knowledge of the optical industry and our products
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize product mix and improve profitability
  • Negotiate sales agreements and bonus structures with customers, ensuring alignment with company goals
  • Act as a brand ambassador, promoting our products and values to customers and prospects
  • Manage sales pipeline, month-end, and year-end close processes to ensure accurate reporting and forecasting

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in optical sales, preferably in a field sales role
  • Strong understanding of the optical industry, including competitor products and market trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with a strong desire to achieve sales growth and exceed targets
  • Commercially savvy, with a deep understanding of sales strategies and tactics

What We Offer:

  • Competitive base salary up to £32,500, plus an excellent commission scheme (OTE circa £50k)
