Who we are looking for:

As an Emergency Responder you'll provide a high quality and customer focused emergency response service to meet the needs of residents within our Extra care scheme in Crewe, we treat customers as individuals, enhancing their quality of life.

Experience in the care sector is desirable but not essential. We have an excellent Training Programme; most importantly you will need to have a compassionate and caring nature and be committed to making a real difference to our customer's lives. We are looking for like caring individuals who will listen and respond to our customers' needs by assisting them to live as independently, happily and healthily as possible.

We also need the following:

  • Have good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Have experience within the care sector or a similar position.
  • Be computer literate.
  • Commitment to working nights 22:00-08:00.

How we will support you:

  • Competitive pay rate of £12.04 per hour.
  • Night shifts only.
